I have installed my keyboard shortcuts correctly but the keys still aren't working properly.

Ensure that the keyboard shortcut file from the download package is selected in the applications dropdown menu. Also ensure you are using an english keyboard layout. For many of our products, our keyboard shortcut files currently only support english layouts at this time.

Images above show the currently accepted layouts. If you are using a layout other than those listed here, the packs will still work but you may have to change some shortcuts manually.
