Help CenterIf you find when trying to import your Loupedeck profile that it fails to import or goes into a forever loop, try this trick (detailed for Affinity Photo but should work with any profile you're trying to load).
Go to Manage applications
From here select one of your applications I just chose Creative Cloud
Now import the profile (ignore the warnings) and select the Creative Cloud application as its source
When Affinity is launched it will be automatically load the blank profile so you need to go back into Manage profiles and delete the original affinity photo one. Now it will load our profile when affinity is started.
