Help CenterIf you are having problems getting the plugin to run and you have an M1 or M2 processor on your Mac, please verify that Rosetta is installed.
Locate the TextEdit app in your Applications folder, right click on it and select Get Info. Check the box for Open using Rosetta. If Rosetta is not installed it will prompt you to install it. Once complete, deselect the checkbox.
Once Rosetta is installed you should remove the "Open using Rosetta" from the Stream Deck app since it shouldn't be started with Rosetta (it was only a way to trigger the installation if it wasn't installed). You also need to restart the Stream Deck software after the Rosetta installation in order for the plugin to start.
