Loupedeck is Not Responding on Mac

There are some instances on Mac where the Loupedeck device will not communicate with your application. No commands will work.

On Sonoma systems and older, check your System Settings/Privacy & Security/Automation panel. Scroll down to LogiPluginService and ensure these are checked (Capture One may not be available).

 

On Sequioa and M1 systems you can locate these settings under Privacy & Security/Accessibility. Make sure Loupedeck and LogiPluginSerive are checked.
