Mouse Coordinates are misaligned when I try to adjust a parameter.

Ensure you have not changed any part of your interface layout or monitor resolution since you recorded your mouse positions. If any changes have been made, return the layout or resolution to the settings used at the time of recording or record the positions again with your new settings.

If you find the cursor does not jump correctly to the position you have recorded and you are running a multi monitor setup, check to make sure the bottom edges of your monitors are aligned.

Having them misaligned can sometimes through off the coordinates.
