First, check if you have loaded the keyfile included in the pack. Refer to the instructions in the PDF included with your pack as most of our products require the use of a customized keyfile.
If the issue persists and you are running in Windows, check that Stream Deck or the Host application (Cubase for example) aren’t running in Administrator mode.
Check by locating the application in Task Manager, select the Details panel and see if it says Yes in the Elevated column.
