<p>It is getting an unknown error because Mackie protocol works in 8 tracks per bank. If the selected track is outside the Selected bank, THE PLUGIN will not know what track is selected thus the Channel Unknown error. You will know that the proper track is selected if you see the track names displayed in the Streamdeck Fader Buttons. If it is a three dots (… ) that means channel unknown.<br><br>If you have another Midi Controller installed, move those Mackie Controller in a separate Group. Make the Streamdeck the 1st priority.</p>
