What is the purchase process?

When you find an item you’d like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button.

A Side tray will appear from the right showing the contents of your cart. You can continue shopping by closing the cart (clicking the large X beside SHOPPING CART - this will not delete the items from your cart) and continue through the website as usual.

If you find another item you would like to purchase, click Add to Cart again for that item and the Side tray will come back out now showing 2 items.

If you’re finished shopping, you can click checkout.

If your Shopping Cart is closed, you can go to checkout any time by clicking the Cart button at the top right

Once in the Checkout page, enter your email address. This must be a valid email address as your download links for your purchases will be sent to this address automatically. You will see your order summary at the right. You can remove items here if you change your mind.

Enter in your billing information. We accept credit card and Paypal payment methods. You can apply a discount code here if you have one OR in the Summary section. You can only apply one code per purchase.

Review your purchase and complete.

A Thank You page will appear inviting you to sign up for our mailing list and informing you that your download links have been sent. Allow 1 to 2 minutes for the emails to arrive.

You will receive 2 emails. The first will be an order confirmation.

The second email will contain your download link(s). Click on the highlighted link to download your zip file(s). Once the download is complete, navigate to your download folder and extract with your unzip program.

Some of our packs will download a PDF instead of the zip file initially. This PDF has an embedded link that contains your unique download link. Click the large green box that says "Click here to download your pack"
